Windsor Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay was simply delightful at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the dining experience, although not perfect, had a good variety. The location is more suitable for business visits than tourist attractions, but the professionalism of the hotel team made up for it. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

The hotel was very comfy with nice and clean rooms, but had a lot of missed items like shampoo and toothbrushes that had to be ordered daily. The service was amazing, especially from Mrs Rasha who made our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport, but a bit far from shopping areas. The dining options were good but pricey for the quality of food served.

I truly appreciated the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and overall comfort of the hotel. However, the rooms were not spacious, and the lack of breakfast was a downside. Esref in the kitchen stood out during my stay.

The hotel had some drawbacks like small and smelly rooms, but the service was excellent and the location was great for exploring Istanbul.

The hotel's location in Istanbul is convenient, but the narrow road and internal glass window in the rooms may cause some insecurities. The small room size was below standards, although the big rooms were pleasing. The service was top-notch with Mr Emre standing out as very helpful. The dining experience lacked variety and common items in both restaurants, not meeting the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
